We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available.

Estimates requested through this site are free and are not binding until confirmed in a written quote signed or approved by both parties.

A quote is based on the scope, conditions, and access described at the time of the site visit. Changes in scope, hidden damage, or conditions discovered after work begins may change price and schedule; we will inform you before proceeding.

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Start dates and durations are good-faith estimates and may shift due to weather, material availability, site access, or changes requested by you.

Payment terms, deposits, and any progress payments are set out in your written quote or contract. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

Cancellation and any applicable rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 are described in your written contract.

Workmanship warranties, where offered, are set out in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on paint and materials are provided by the manufacturer.

Warranties do not cover normal wear, settlement cracks, moisture or structural issues originating outside our scope, damage caused by others, or surfaces we advised against.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the website or a project is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Monaco Colors & Design Inc. carries commercial liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Certificates are available on request.

The Monaco Colors & Design name, logo, project photography, and site content are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing, without identifying your address.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
